Confused about how we work? Well do not worry my friend because you’re not alone. Selling your clothing can be a confusing process. Here’s a quick list of Do’s and Don’ts for selling with Freestyle!

DO’s:
  • Launder your clothes and make sure they’re dry! We normally pass on clothing with any slight odor.
  • Bring your Valid State Issued ID! And Please be 18 or over to sell!
  • Check your items for stains, we might see something you did not and pass on your items.
  • Schedule enough time for buying! Our wait time differs from day to day. Please make sure you schedule enough time, we are looking through your items as quickly and as thoroughly as we can. If you don’t have time to wait, you can utilize our drop off option!
  • Bring your items in a Reusable bag or box! Plastic and paper bags tear easily. Items on hangers take longer for us to go through, also they’re also difficult to deal with.
  • Check your items for condition. We won’t  take overwashed, pilling, missing buttons or damaged clothing.

DONT:
  • Bring winter clothes in the summer-time! We buy seasonally and if we pass on an item it might be out of season.
  • Bring your undergarments! We don’t take underwear, or socks! Your skivvies are better left at home!
  • GET DISCOURAGED! If we didn’t take some of your items, it’s not personal! We do every customer buy with consideration of our stores inventory levels, with also keeping in account of condition and season.

If you’re ever curious about the way we work, or questions about your buy. Feel free to ask buyers, or any sales associates, or leave us a comment below!

I was curious are there any size required for the close that we bring in. For example, would you accept clothing that are made for big and tall people?

Hi, I’ve been shopping at your stores for about 6 years now. I am a musical artist and alt. Model & was wondering if you guys would ever do a sponsorship of maybe an amount per month, etc. for looks for photo shoots, music videos, live shows/events. Where I would basically work as your poster child/human mannequin, promotional model/artist...I have just signed with a Sacramento Record Label and I believe this would be in our best interest. Please email me or direct me to a CEO of some sort to discuss the possibilities of this being a reality. Thank you. -Diamond Dez
